30-Day Returns

We want you to love the artwork on your wall. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. There is no restocking or customization fee.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return request must be made within 30 days of delivery, and the artwork must be shipped back within 14 days after your request is approved.
  • The artwork must be in the same condition in which you received it, undamaged and carefully packed — ideally in its original packaging (tube, box or wooden crate). Please unpack your order with care and keep the packaging until you are sure you will keep the piece.
  • Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@driedpetalsgallery.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the artwork back with a trackable carrier and send us the tracking number.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping was free and is not deducted from your refund.
  • Damaged, defective or wrong item: we cover all costs — see below.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your artwork arrives damaged, has a defect, or is not the item you ordered, email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the artwork and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice, and we will handle the claim with the courier. You will not pay any shipping costs in this case.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few additional days to post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, frame or artwork, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order.

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom

In addition to the above, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Our 30-day return window already includes this period.
